By accessing optionpilot.in or using the Option Pilot software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Option Pilot is a desktop software tool that automates options trading via broker API integrations. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

2. No Financial Advice

Option Pilot does not provide financial or investment advice. Nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell securities. Past backtest performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for trading decisions.

3. Risk Acknowledgement

• Trading derivatives carries significant financial risk including total loss of capital.
• Automated trading does not eliminate risk — it executes your configured strategy.
• Software bugs, connectivity failures, or incorrect configuration can cause unintended trades.
• You are solely responsible for configuring risk controls before going live.

4. Licence

Upon subscribing or activating a trial, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Option Pilot. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, exclusive of GST. Payments processed by PayU.

6. Cancellation

Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option Pilot is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in India.
