Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. Use it thoroughly in Paper Mode before subscribing to Live Pro.

1. Free Trial

The 7-day trial includes all features at zero cost. No payment required; no refund applicable to the trial period.

2. Subscription Payments

Live Pro is ₹4,999/month + GST. Given the free trial available, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

3. Exceptions — When We Issue Refunds

• Duplicate charge: Charged more than once for the same period due to a payment error.
• Charge after cancellation: Charged after confirmed account cancellation.
• Software completely non-functional: Fails to launch or connect to any broker despite correct setup, unresolved after 7 business days of confirmed support contact.

4. How to Request

Email support@optionpilot.in with your registered email, PayU order ID, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
